Akamaro ko kurya igihaza

Ibihaza ni igihingwa kiboneka henshi mu Rwanda no ku isi. Yewe hamwe birimeza kubera imbuto zabyo zikunze kuba nyinshi. Si benshi mu banyarwanda bazi akamaro kabyo nubwo no mu masoko bidakunze kuboneka.

1.Ni Isoko y’ingufu

Ibihaza ni kimwe mu biribwa bikize ku ngufu(Calories) kurusha ibindi. Mu gihe bisaba gufata ibindi biribwa kugirango umubiri ugire ingufu zihagije, ibihaza byo bituma uwabiriye agira ingufu zikenewe mu mubiri bidakeneye inyunganizi z’ibindi biribwa cyangwa ibinyobwa nk’isukari, Amavuta n’ibindi.

2.Isoko y’intungamubiri.

Ibihaza byuzuyemo intungamubiri nka Lignin na Pectin zifasha igifu kugogora neza ibyo umuntu yariye, harimo na Vitamini C .

3. bifasha amaso kureba neza

Ibihaza ni isoko ikomeye ya Vitamini A ifite ubushobozi bwo gutuma amaso adahura n’ikibazo cyo guhuma, irimo kandi ubushobozi bwo kugira uruhu rwiza runoze n’ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri.

4. Ibihaza birwanya gutukura k’uruhu kubera intungamubiri nke

Ibihaza ni isoko y’intungamubiri twabivuze. bikaba byifitemo intungamubiri zirinda gushya k’uruhu, cya gihe ubona umuntu yatukuye kubera inzara cyangwa intungamubiri nke, ibihaza birwanya indwara nk’izo. Ibihaza biza mu biribwa bitanu bya mbere bishoboye guhangana n’iyo ndwara.

5. Ibihaza birinda indwara z’umutima
Ibihaza birimo Potasiyumu nyinshi ifasha mu kurwanya indwara zibasira umutima n’imitsi. ugereranyije nk’agakombe k’icyayi kuzuye igihaza( bishoboka) kaba karimo miligarama(mg) 550 za Potasiyumu bituma ari cyo kiribwa kibamo potasiyumu nyinshi .
